Things that stay in your browser
Saved workflows, saved tools, saved kits, and completed questionnaire answers are stored in your browser’s local storage when available. They are not synchronized to an account. Clearing site data—or the button below—removes them.
Analytics
When enabled by the operator, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to count page visits and understand which guides are useful. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, and no advertising scripts are included. Nothing you type into the questionnaire, calculator, or any form is sent to Google Analytics.
Forms you choose to send
When you submit a form, we store what the form shows—your email address, plus your name, the kit or service you asked about, and your message where the form asks for them—along with the page you submitted from and the time. A plan request also includes your questionnaire answers and the plan shown on screen. This is stored in the Automately database hosted on Supabase for the operator to review.
Your email address may also be added to our email provider, MailerLite, in a list that matches what you asked for: a launch notice for one kit or course, a reply to an inquiry, a copy of your plan, or the One Less Thing newsletter. You only join the newsletter if you use the newsletter form or tick its box. MailerLite stores your email address and name (if given), sends those emails, and handles confirmation, unsubscribe, and suppression under its own policy. Do not submit confidential records, passwords, or sensitive personal information.
Booking a call
Service inquiries are stored for the operator to review. When an operator enables an external booking link, details you enter on that scheduling service are handled under its policy. An inquiry here does not create an appointment or payment.
Removal and unsubscribe
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Service emails about a listing, payment, or requested access recovery are separate from newsletter subscriptions. To have everything you submitted deleted, use the help form and select Privacy or data request.
Hosting and vendor links
Our host, Railway, keeps short-lived technical request logs. Following a vendor link opens that provider’s site, where its own policy applies. Vendor links are ordinary links with no tracking identifiers.
