THE USEFUL RESULT
One email draft and two distinct social drafts, with a claim-check list.
Before you start
- Your original article or authorized transcript
- A short audience and voice brief
- One appropriate call to action
Here’s the workflow
Pick one source
Choose material you own or have permission to adapt. Give the assistant a clear audience instead of asking it to create content for everyone.
Extract the message
Ask for the main argument, supporting details, and useful examples before requesting posts. Fix misunderstandings here, not after generating ten assets.
Draft for a job
Request a helpful email, a practical how-to post, and a conversation-starting post. Each should have a distinct purpose rather than different wording for the same paragraph.
Preserve evidence and voice
Check claims against the source, remove invented anecdotes, and rewrite generic phrasing. Any quotation needs permission and accurate attribution.
Publish deliberately
Choose one or two drafts to publish manually. Record what you learn; do not interpret a single high-performing post as proof of a reliable system.
MAKE THIS PROMPT YOURS
Source: [my original material]. Audience: [audience]. Voice: [brief]. First summarize the message and supporting evidence. Then draft one email and two genuinely different social posts. Use only supplied facts. Do not invent statistics, quotes, personal experiences, or results. Flag unsupported claims. Keep all outputs as drafts for my review.
Replace the bracketed context with approved information. Prompt wording is not a security boundary.Check before you rely on it
- Every claim is traceable to the source.
- The drafts suit their audience rather than repeating each other.
- No unsourced personal experience or product endorsement appears.
When it does not work
Create an outline and write the final post yourself using the source extraction.
Only automate more when it helps
Once your review process works, use Make or Zapier to send approved source material into a draft queue—not straight to public channels.
